Mothers

Mothers play a big role in one's life. No one will be successful without our mother. They say that mothers knows best; but I guess it does not apply in all situations though they're opinions and reminders are good to consider.

My mother is not the best but she is one of a kind in her own way. I remember when I was in elementary years, I wrote to my cousin and share to her about my crush; unfortunately my mom was able to read it. She talked to me about it, but of course I was a bit scared. From then I learned to keep a secret every time I have a crush. My mom is strict, she wants me to be at home before 6 pm or else she will really really get mad at me. I had this experienced when I got home... she threw a padlock at me luckily, I wasn't hit. She thought I went to Manila, but it was not true and was not able to explain myself. Even though we had these experiences, I had an unforgettable moment with her. One time, I represent our class in an art contest... It was not easy because I was the only person assigned and on a rush. I had only one day to complete my entry, I almost freak out. But the next day, she helped me. She comes with me going to school and we collaborate... Finally I won the third place. With all these things, I thank her for everything. Now, I realize that if she wasn’t like that, I don't think I am what I am today.

Let us admit that our mothers actually affects of who we are. But it doesn’t necessarily mean that we have the right to blame them if we are not on the right track of our lives. They are there to guide, support and love us forever. As what we always hear, when no one seems to love us… we have our mothers that will never bring us down.
